• Management and administration of four production units (bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream)
• Quality control and compliance with product technology and standards
• Initiating and implementing the expansion of the current range, and developing and introducing new products
• Organization and key role in expanding and scaling up production
• Optimization and automation of production business processes
• Management and development of production personnel
• Standardization and reporting of production activities
• Control and accounting for incoming raw materials/output of finished products
