Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning design, facilitation, and program leadership at Director level or equivalent.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others to build capability in content creation and facilitation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move proactively in a fast-paced, global context.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver three annual cohorts and quarterly activations for Publicis’ top global leaders.
• Define and model best practices across the full Global L&D suite.
• Gather insights and feedback to refine and evolve programs year after year.
