Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic Finance Leader at a Director Level to lead and drive迪 transformation initiatives within Plan to Perform (P2Enquanto). This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing enterprise-wide improvements in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep finance domain expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving process excellence across global organizations, along with strong experience in tech implementation and adoption in the plan‑to‑perform space.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation Leadership
  • Drive transformation efforts in the Plan to Perform space, aligning with enterprise finance strategy.
  • Partner with senior finance and business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and innovation levers.
  • Strategize and drive process standardization, automation, and digital enablement.
Process Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyse current‑state processes, systems, and data flows across planning, budgeting, and performance management, reporting and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define future‑state process models and drive adoption of standard methodologies across business units and functions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and decision‑making agility.
  • Support roll‑out of GPO framework across the Plan to Perform space.
Technology Enablement
  • Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to implement enabling technologies (e.g. EPM, BI tools).
  • Drive integration of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and automation into planning and performance processes.
  • Support deployment of new‑age tools and technology like Power for financial planning and analysis.
Leadership Engagement & Change Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership and transformation sponsors.
  • Lead workshops, steering committees, and governance forums to ensure alignment to change proposals.
  • Develop and lead change management strategies to support adoption and capability building.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Mentor and manage a team of analysts and project managers across global finance transformation programs.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Contribute to transversal initiatives focussed on leadership development, manager effectiveness, people engagement, and risk & controls.
Qualifications
  • CA, CWA or MBA in Finance, Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience in finance transformation, business analysis, enterprise performance management.
  • Deep understanding of the Plan to Perform process and related systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in process modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations and cross‑functional partnership.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other transformation methodologies.
  • Exposure to EPM implementation in organisations of scale and complexity.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
