About the role

As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in creating models and drawings for our engines. From concept design through to production, you’ll help bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining detailed design documentation to capture decisions, justifications, and technical insights. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do—you’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure designs are robust, cost-effective, and meet all requirements.

What does this roleinvolve day to day?
  • Proficiency in CAD (preferably Siemens NX) and BOM management.
  • Release and manage parts/assemblies using Siemens Teamcenter software.
  • Own the design of components from concept through to production.
  • Apply GD&T principles to create complex, detailed drawings.
  • Perform calculations and basic analysis (bolted joints, tolerance stacks, simple FEA), and produce reports to support validation and capture design history.
  • Understand various manufacturing techniques—casting, forging, sheet metal, pipe bending, and machining.
  • Improve existing designs to resolve issues and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Purchasing, Quality, and Assembly.
