A leading retail company is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will inspire and motivate your team while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £44,500 along with additional benefits such as generous holiday, discounts, and training opportunities.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you'll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work. You'll also enjoy great responsibility while the Store Manager is absent, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
