A leading care provider in the UK is looking for a Deputy Manager to help run services effectively. You will supervise office staff, manage care coordination, and ensure compliance and quality in community care. The ideal candidate is an organized professional with experience in health and social care. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, with additional on-call duties.
Full-time, permanent 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with additional on call on a rota basis

What you’ll do
The role of the Deputy Manager is to support the Branch and Branch Manager in the effective running of services. You will be responsible for the first line supervision of office staff and deputise for the branch manager in their absence. You will support the branch across all functions including: Rosters and care coordination, care in the community, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints and reports.
