A values-led social care organization is seeking a Deputy Enablement Manager in Lymington to support individuals with learning disabilities and lead a team of Enablement Assistants. Responsibilities include direct support, mentoring, and ensuring quality assurance processes. Benefits include 29 days annual leave, training opportunities, and a supportive management team. 36 hours per week – (30 hours on shift and 6 hours of off rota admin per week)
£15.60 per hour and sleep‑ins paid @ £60 per sleep

We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and highly experienced Deputy Enablement Manager to join our team in Lymington.
29 days annual leave (pro rata), rising to 30 days annual leave (pro rata) as of the 1st April, following your 1‑year anniversary with PBS4, in‑house paid induction training, followed by 12 weeks blended e‑learning, coaching, and mentoring. We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
