The Savings Bank is a strong, stable, and independent community bank headquartered in Wakefield, MA, with eight full-service banking offices. We currently have a part-time opportunity to join our Deposit Operations team, assisting both customers and colleagues with back‑office support.
Deposit Operations Representatives are an integral part of our processing team. They provide internal and external support, both directly to customers as well as to other Bank departments. We are seeking a Part Time (20 hours a week) Deposit Operations Representative that supports our deposit operations team with primary focus on fraud alert reviews and the processing of legal orders, including levies and garnishments. This role will also assist with other deposit operations functions to ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent internal service.
