Job Description

Scottish Dental Care is opening a new, purpose-built 5-surgery clinic in Winchburgh, West Lothian, and we are looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a private clinic (providing NHS care for children and young adults) in a brand-new, architect-designed environment. The clinic is modern, visually striking, and equipped with the latest systems to support smooth day-to-day operations. Patient demand is exceptionally high, with a large waiting list already in place.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is

• Experienced in a receptionist or front-of-house role (dental or healthcare preferred)
• Friendly, welcoming, and confident in delivering excellent customer service
• Highly organised and efficient in managing bookings, diaries, and patient communications
• A team player who is adaptable and able to work well under pressure
• Comfortable using SOE dental or medical software systems (training will be provided if needed)
• Professional in both appearance and communication
