Delivery Team Lead – EMEA (Professional Services)

Our Professional Services team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Delivery Team Lead to manage our EMEA Delivery Managers and Engagement Managers in London. This is a strategic leadership role covering both pre‑sales and post‑sales services, ensuring seamless execution and strong outcomes for our enterprise customers.

Team & Operational Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing EMEA delivery team.
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and delivery standards; drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Oversee capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and workload distribution.
  • Build a collaborative, customer‑focused culture across delivery and pre‑sales.
  • Establish reporting for portfolio health, KPIs, and performance.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
  • Support regional and global Professional Services strategy.
Post‑Sales Delivery Oversight
  • Own the health and performance of the EMEA delivery portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent use of delivery methodologies, playbooks, and standards.
  • Oversee project initiation, scoping, timelines, resource allocation, and customer communication.
  • Lead governance across risks, escalations, CSAT, utilization, scope control, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Solutions, Finance, and Partners to ensure smooth execution and billing.
  • Act as senior escalation point for strategic accounts.
  • Lead services scoping, solutioning, and SOW creation during pre‑sales.
  • Partner with Sales to improve service attach rates and commercial outcomes.
  • Refine pre‑sales processes, enablement, and approval flows.
  • Support services positioning, pricing, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Contribute to evolving the services portfolio based on customer and market needs.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS delivery.
  • 2+ years people leadership experience.
  • Proven success in enterprise project/portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience with pre‑sales services (scoping, SOWs, resource estimation).
  • Strong delivery methodologies and PM frameworks knowledge (PMP/PMI a plus).
  • Highly organized, analytical, and process‑driven.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a passion for customer impact.
  • Technical background (APIs/integrations) is an advantage.
