Data, Information Systems and Examinations Officer

Salary: 31,537 - 33,699 *

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a School Data and Examinations Officer. This key role supports the smooth running of all aspects of examinations and student data management within the school.

You will be responsible for supporting the coordination of internal and external exams, administrative support relating to entries, timetables, and results, and supporting the recruitment and organisation of invigilators. Alongside this, you'll play an essential part in maintaining accurate student records, producing reports, and ensuring the school's Management Information System (MIS) is kept up to date and reliable.

Working closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, and exam boards, you will help ensure that all data and examinations processes run efficiently, accurately, and in line with statutory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and ICT skills who enjoys working in a busy, purposeful school environment and takes pride in precision, organisation, and supporting student success.
