ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain data in various databases and ERP systems with precision.
  • Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage spreadsheets.
  • Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as managing correspondence and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy of information by reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in computer skills with experience in data entry and administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred.
