Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.* Maintain and create simultaneously **strong relationships with existing customers**.* **Problem-solving:** Ensure all needs and queries are resolved **via ticket/phone/email/chat.*** Control and **follow up on any bugs** with the operations team and the client.
