Customer Service Assistant – IKEA Bristol

Join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at IKEA Bristol. You will be the friendly face and supportive voice that turns challenges into solutions and visitors into loyal fans.

What We Offer
  • Start Date: 13th December
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
  • Working hours: 12 hours 3 days per week, 16 hours 4/5 days per week, or 24 hours 5 days per week (flexible options to match your life and business needs)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Working on our checkout and returns desk to support customers promptly.
  • Greeting and welcoming customers warmly to set a positive tone.
  • Using knowledge and problem‑solving skills to resolve complaints quickly.
  • Ensuring accurate handling of all returned products and escalating any issues.
