What you’ll be doing:
Role Requirements:
  • Attend meetings to understand specific requirements of our Client and Customers
  • Communicate effectively between the Site Manager, Construction Team and Customers to ensure the smooth completion of works.
  • Identify customer concerns prior to the commencement of works ensuring these are communicated to the construction team.
  • Prioritise your workload, managing your time effectively to deliver a response to customer concerns in line with KPI’s
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns quickly and effectively delivering our ‘right first time’ commitment.
  • Based on site to effectively liaise with customers and Site Managers
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sub‑contractors and local authorities to resolve customer concerns.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reporting statistics.
  • Maintain up to date records of documentation, which will support the delivery of prompt, accurate and relevant information through written and verbal correspondence.
  • You will be required to enter customer’s homes, collect personal information and liaise with them regularly throughout the programme of works
  • Ensure the timely delivery of competing priorities within deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of engaging with customers, clients and contractors
  • Comfortable to support vulnerable and or challenging customers providing positive outcomes
  • Ability to take ownership of an issue and find solutions to complex challenges
  • Driven individual with strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
  • Full UK Driving License is essential
