Counter Lead

Location: Sephora, Oxford

Description

As our Counter Lead, you will manage a retail counter and the running of our Elemis Retail Account. You will drive the sales of Elemis products through your exceptional entrepreneurial and communication skills.

You will develop sales and promote the Elemis brand through planning and executing promotional activities.

Your organisation, attention to detail and leadership skills will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client.

Contract Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 22.5 hours across 3 days - flexibility required

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
  • Be responsible for the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the retail store.
  • Pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
  • Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
  • Participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
  • Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report such information to key individuals as and when requested.
  • Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/fortnightly basis and any discrepancies on stock should be found and rectified.
Customer Service
  • Maintain the Elemis counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation and to also ensure that the team is very well presented at all times.
  • Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients needs and take into account medical contraindications.
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly.
  • Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence, locked away and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
  • Experience within a similar retail / store role and industry
  • Experience supervising and managing a team
  • Proven sales record
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments
  • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand
