Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Events Consultant to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of our premium team building and corporate event solutions. This position combines high-energy sales with hands‑on event coordination, offering the opportunity to work with exciting clients across industries to deliver transformative experiences. Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with new and existing clients to understand their upcoming events and requirements needs and propose tailored solutions from our diverse range of bespoke team building challenges and away days.
  • Develop innovative event concepts and themes in partnership with clients.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to showcase our unique offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals to secure long‑term partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate nationwide events, such as conferences, company festivals, and custom team building sessions.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and on‑site execution.
  • Meet or exceed conversion rates, sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend venue familiarisation trips to promote Off Limits services (minimum of 4 industry/networking events per annum).
  • Oversee event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for flawless event delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collect post‑event feedback and share insights with the team to refine future offerings.
  • Handle booking administration and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and support before, during and after events.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Resilience in high‑pressure situations, with strong prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving event needs and last‑minute changes.
  • Comfortable leading client interactions via in‑person meetings, phone calls and video calls.
Knowledge / Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, venue sourcing, and event planning within the corporate sector.
  • Background in team building, events or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Degree in business, marketing, events management or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
