A law firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly team in Ipswich. The role involves managing files from post-exchange, preparing completion statements, and handling completion requirements. Strong administration skills and organizational abilities are essential. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in conveyancing; however, applications from experienced assistants/secretaries/paralegals are welcome. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
We have a vacancy for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to joint our friendly team in the Ipswich office.
The role will involve managing files from post exchange onwards including the preparation of completion statements, submitting funds request and managing the completion and post completion requirements.
You will need strong administration skills and be highly organised.
The role will require previous experience in conveyancing ideally in a similar role but applications will be considered from experienced conveyancing assistants/secretaries/paralegals interested in a move to post exchange work.
This is a full time position.Salary negotiable depending on experience.
