You will manage your own plot sales files from instruction to completion and liaise with Sales Departments on progress. Qualifications

Conveyancer

We are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join our Legal team in our offices in Caterham, Surrey. The Conveyancer will work closely with the business to deliver the Company’s plot sales targets.

What you'll be doing

As part of the wider Legal team, as a Conveyancer you will be managing your own plot sales files from instruction to completion, and dealing with the acquisition and sale of part exchange properties. You will also be liaising with the Sales Departments regularly and keeping key personnel updated as to progress.

Skills & knowledge you'll bring
  • Substantial work experience within either the property department of a private law firm
  • Sound knowledge of the legal, administrative and financial matters involved in a property transaction
  • Property Law qualification (Licensed Conveyancer, ILEX or similar) desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships
