# Content Creator Jobs| || --- || Content Creator Apprenticeship in Surrey and Sussex The Russell Group is a dynamic and creative group of hair salons based in Surrey and Sussex. We are looking for a passionate and creative Apprentice Content Creator to join our team and help grow our brand through engaging digital content. Your role would include creating content for elements lifestyle salon in Oxted, Aaron Russell Salon in Handcross, and Paris Russell Salon in Crawley. As an Apprentice Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing and sharing creative content across our social media, website, and other marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and branding while learning from industry professionals. You will spend one day at college learning what it takes to become a content creator, and the rest of the time in our salons gaining experience. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in creating engaging content for social media, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics. * Support the management of social media accounts, ensuring regular posts and interaction with followers. * Capture and edit video content for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. * Write compelling captions, blog posts, and website content to drive engagement. * Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and campaigns. * Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to enhance content. * Assist in planning and executing content shoots, including styling and editing. * Learn and apply SEO and digital marketing techniques to improve online visibility. Who We’re Looking For: * A creative mindset with a passion for social media, photography, and video content. * Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. * Some experience with editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop) is a plus. * Strong communication and writing skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in digital marketing and content creation. * A proactive attitude with great attention to detail.
