Location: Telford Central site and the Ludlow, Prees, Oswestry and Shrewsbury sites
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: TBC
Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
- The Construction Project Manager will lead a Technical Project Team, comprising a Design Team and Cost Consultant, to support the Client in all aspects of the planning and progression of the project through the Development and Delivery stages to completion and handover.
- They will work with other members of the Design Team and Cost Consultant to obtain all information necessary to complete the project within the approved project budget and programme.
