At NursLink Homecare, we provide high-quality, compassionate care to help individuals live well in their own homes. We are now recruiting experienced and reliable Support Workers in the Tunbridge Wells area to support children with complex needs and challenging behaviour.

These roles are ideal for support workers who are calm, confident, and emotionally resilient. If you’ve worked with children or young people with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional regulation difficulties, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be providing short, meaningful care shifts for children who need consistency, patience, and a good sense of humour. You will be working closely with families and other professionals to ensure each child feels safe, supported, and understood.
