Autism Together is one of the country’s leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity within one of our Residential locations in Bromborough, Wirral as we are looking to organically grow the team.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs. In this role you will be supporting individuals with complex needs to promote their wellbeing and independence.

  • Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties. These are payable at £60 per night.
  • Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
  • Rota: Typically over a 3-week rota and includes evening and weekend working.
Hours of work

42 hours per week on a rota basis between 7.30am - 10 pm
