Autism Together is one of the country’s leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity within one of our Residential locations in Bromborough, Wirral as we are looking to organically grow the team.
What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs. In this role you will be supporting individuals with complex needs to promote their wellbeing and independence.
42 hours per week on a rota basis between 7.30am - 10 pm
Our ideal candidate will be patient, inspiring and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people. They should have experience working with autism and complex care needs and the ability to motivate others and provide high-quality support and care.
