Qualifications

  • Proven track record of handling complaints.
  • Experience with Financial Ombudsman Service complaints preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve all customer complaints promptly.
  • Liaise with Retailers and Manufacturer teams as appropriate.
  • Monitor performance to ensure adherence to targets.
