Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to enhance financial insight and support decision-making within the Marine Science & Development team. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, requiring strong analytical skills and communication ability. Qualified accountants with commercial finance experience and knowledge of Power BI are encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in the South Manchester office and some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years PQE with commercial finance experience, including P&L ownership.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with insight and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MSD leadership team to strengthen forecasting and improve financial understanding.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Help shape KPIs that reflect the business operations.
