Job summary

A leading provider in the energy sector is seeking a Compliance and Training Officer to support competence management frameworks and deliver training. Responsibilities include supporting clients, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have assessor and verifier qualifications, experience with CMS/TMS systems, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This role offers a hybrid working model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

  • Workplace Assessor Qualification is required.
  • Experience assessing vocational qualifications including apprenticeships.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with compliance of company competence framework.
  • Train and coach the on-site assessors.
  • Manage project requests from design to implementation.

Skills

Workplace Assessor Qualification i.e. L&D9DI
Internal Verifier Qualification i.e. L&D11
Experience of assessing vocational qualifications
Good working experience of Microsoft Office
Demonstrable experience of CMS/TMS software
Offshore Survival Certification (BOSIET, MIST)
Ability to organise tasks and plan ahead
Ability to work autonomously
Proactive attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work in a multicultural team
