Why have you dedicated your career to clinical validation of molecular (NGS) or cell imaging assays? Was it to provide patients suffering from cancer new diagnostic options? What if you could apply your expertise and experience to a technology that can provide cancer patients regular, un-invasive, and state-of-the-art diagnostics to enable real-time personalised medicine?

We are working with a cutting-edge, Guildford-based oncology diagnostic company that has an FDA approved breakthrough in the collection of circulating tumour cells. With just a small blood sample, their technology can provide real-time updates on the development of metastatic cancers and enable personalised therapeutics. The ground-breaking liquid biopsy biotech is looking to hire a Clinical Team Leader – Technology Transfer to lead a newly built team that will verify and validate new diagnostic molecular (including NGS) and cell-based assays designed by the R&D teams to ensure they work in a clinical setting, on patient samples.

This is a hands-on lab-based role, where you will lead from the front to directly drive the work of the team. If you have management experience (1 or 2 direct reports is enough!) and have worked within an oncology clinical lab validating molecular or cell-based diagnostic assays, and you are looking to drive real solutions for patients, we want to speak with you.
