A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Administrator for their new hospital in Derbyshire. You will provide essential organisational and administrative support, including maintaining records and responding to enquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, strong communication skills, and a friendly approach. We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Elowen Hospital.
You'll be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00am till 05:00pm) helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

This new service offers a safe and secure care pathway tailored for individuals with eating disorders, as well as those with complex personality disorders with disordered eating. With a dedicated team of specialists and a compassionate approach, Cygnet Elowen Hospital is designed to provide specialist support and treatment, fostering a positive recovery pathway in a nurturing environment.
Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
Prepare reports & other written materials
Keep files & records as required
Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
Taking notes & minutes at meetings when required
Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
An experienced Administrator used to liaising with customers/clients
Organised, naturally helpful and a good multi-tasker
Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
Knowledgeable of telephone systems
Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills
GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy
Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
Although it is a set shift pattern we need flexibility to cover annual leave/sickness/training.
Salary – £26,510 per annum
