Job Purpose

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our team of FX Dealers, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy and expanding desk. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving team within a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate support for the private client dealing team and seamless coordination with third-party providers.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication in supporting the team’s efforts, ensuring all tasks are carried out with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of honesty and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) data and client onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Consistently strive for accuracy and precision in recording and maintaining information, managing accounts, and coordinating with third-party providers to meet company standards.
