Position: Green Energy Investment Analyst

TIAA - London - We are seeking a successful candidate responsible for supporting the origination, analysis, and execution of clean energy investments across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model and prepare investment proposals
2. Understand and optimise project contractual structures
3. Define, document, and monitor all project assumptions
4. Analyse project SPV financial statements
5. Produce, develop, and review cash flow-based financial models for renewable energy projects, assets, and platforms valuation
6. Drive due-diligence workstreams and manage transactions, coordinating work from external advisors (developers, EPC contractors, lawyers, technical advisors, financing providers, etc.)
7. Develop a proprietary pipeline of potential transactions based on a network of contacts, with autonomy and transparency
8. Market monitoring and research on renewable energy and clean tech sectors

This is a permanent, full-time position.
