A leading financial services company is seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance in London, responsible for overseeing all Risk, Compliance, and Financial Crime frameworks. You will act as the primary liaison with FCA and NCA, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading strategic risk management initiatives. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in risk and compliance roles within FCA-regulated environments and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in FCA-regulated payments or e-money institutions.
• 3-5 years as a nominated MLRO and/or Head of Compliance.
• Expert-level understanding of the Payment Services Regulations and related UK law.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee Risk, Compliance, and Anti-Financial Crime frameworks.
• Serve as the primary contact for FCA and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee implementation of the company’s Risk Management Framework.
