A leading regional police force in Gateshead is seeking a CCTV Operator to ensure public safety through active camera monitoring and providing high-quality footage for legal processes. The ideal candidate should possess resilience, attention to detail, and be available for flexible shift work, including weekends and bank holidays. This role offers various benefits including generous leave and a public sector pension scheme.
Salary: Band 4, £27,204 – £27,513 (Please note it is Northumbria Police policy to appoint at the beginning of the band), Plus shift premium
Location: Gateshead Police Station (Expected to be moving to Cobalt September 2026)
Hours: 37 hours per week
