A leading utility provider in Gloucester seeks a Catchment Lead to oversee the Sewerage Network's effective operation. You have the chance to join the team as a Catchment Lead. In this role you will predominantly ensure the effective operation of the Sewerage Network within Worcestershire and Gloucestershire region from our Staverton site. You will be delivering full compliance on every aspect from Health and Safety to regulatory and company standards.
Furthermore, you will get focus on the needs of our customers by delivering ‘right first time’ solutions and you will implement initiatives within the sewerage networks to aid improvements to our performance measures and serviceability.
You’ll have daily activities too, such as managing and enhancing our internal and external relationships with all key parties, carrying out workplace audits to monitor our contractors compliance.

The post holder will have experience of working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders across a large geographical area. Having experience of building and developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g., Customers, EA and Councils would be beneficial. An understanding of sewerage law and the operation would be desirable and not essential.
