At CCH Group, we deliver 1.5 million hours of care monthly across 260+ locations. Operating company: North East Community Care. Location: Turriff AB54 4AG. Salary: £26,698. Driving licence required. Monday to Friday 9 am‑5 pm with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis.

What You’ll Do

The Care Coordinator ensures the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field‑based duties. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field. The role requires a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle due to the travel involved.

Qualifications

Experience & Organisation — you are an efficient, organised Care Coordinator passionate about community care.
