Are you highly organised?
Do you enjoy working across different departments and supporting a variety of projects?
Are you looking for a role where flexibility and collaboration are key?
We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join our dedicated Business Support team. This is a new role created as part of a departmental restructure, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we deliver business support across Perthyn.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of two Business Support Officers, led by our Business Support Manager. Together, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support to multiple departments, from HR and Quality Assurance to Operational Management. This is a role where no two days are the same, and your ability to adapt and prioritise will make a real difference.
At Perthyn, we believe in One Team. That means working flexibly and stepping in to support other areas when needed, always with a focus on collaboration and shared success. Your work will involve everything from managing inboxes and calendars to utilising Excel. You’ll also contribute to projects that improve processes and enhance efficiency across the organisation.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a team that values adaptability and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect role for you.
We particularly welcome applicants who can be based in our Shrewsbury or Mansfield offices, though applications from other listed locations are also welcome.
