A leading automotive retailer in Glasgow is seeking a Business Manager to drive sales success and enhance customer relationships. This role involves identifying suitable funding and insurance options for customers while ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will coach and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives. Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00. Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. One weekday off per week.
Our Business Managers are the driving force behind the success of our sales team. Our Business Managers play an essential role within the dealership from coaching and development through to assisting management in planning and forecasting trends. You will also act as a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long‑lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too.
