We are hiring!

Our Client & Marketing team is currently recruiting for an ambitious and collaborative Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Health and Life Sciences Target Market Group (TMG). Based our of either our Nottingham, Manchester or Birmingham office, the Business Development Manager would act as strategic advisor to the Health & Life Sciences TMGLead, treating them as our clients.

They would advise on market strategy, and recommend client care, business development and marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, in line with strategy. Once priorities are agreed, to the extent that it is efficient, the BD Manager is the key point of contact between the C&M team and the lawyers and takes ownership of delivery working with the rest of the C&M team to deliver. This is intended as a proactive role – with the BDM recommending and agreeing strategy and deliverables with the TMG Leads and Groups and then executing on them successfully. The BD Manager will also be responsible for the management and development of a Snr BD Exec, who is focused on Life Sciences.
