Ready to drive growth and build lasting broker relationships in the mortgage intermediary market? Kensington Mortgages is hiring a Business Development Manager to be the public face of our brand across the East.

✨ What you’ll do
  • Develop and manage accounts with mortgage intermediaries, delivering high‑quality completions and monthly targets
  • Represent our brand at regional events, trade roadshows and exhibitions
  • Ensure intermediaries understand our products, target market and criteria
  • Build a data‑driven regional Sales Plan, using CRM to manage activity and compile market intelligence
  • Collaborate internally to improve quality and uncover opportunities
  • Promote additional financial products where appropriate
  • Always operate with FCA principles in mind (TCF, financial crime prevention)
🔍 What we’re looking for
  • Knowledge of specialist‑lending mortgage products and company policies
  • Proven B2B sales experience in financial services with strong IFA/intermediary relationships
  • Excellent presentation/report writing skills; confident with figures and performance tracking
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office, CRM databases, Teams/virtual media)
  • Educated to A level (or professional equivalent e.g., FPC); committed to ongoing development (CeMAP)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight
