Duties and responsibilities of the Breakfast Team Leader:

• Take ownership of the operational running of the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Communicate departmental goals clearly to your team in alignment with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain strong communication within the team to foster collaboration and consistency.
• Implement action plans to uphold the highest standards of customer service in line with company objectives.
• Train, guide, and empower team members to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
