Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
  • Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
Profil

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors.
