Automation Engineer – Flutter UK & Ireland

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts, QA, maintenance, and other cross‑functional resources to define and deliver business‑impacting strategic projects.
• Design, develop, test, and launch automation solutions.
• Mentor and guide peers via code reviews, development sessions, and paired programming.
• Provide guidance with process design.
• Estimate the effort required for the project implementation.
• Map end‑to‑end business processes for automation.
• Update and maintain developer standards around automation best practices.
• Seek to improve, optimise and evolve current working practices to drive efficiency and quality.

• Automation experience – well‑experienced with UI Path.
• Adaptability – able to adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration – partner with others across the organisation to get work done.
