A leading technology firm in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a key technical resource for prospective customers. You will contribute to sales presentations and provide product demonstrations, ensuring clients understand the value of the platform. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of relevant experience in a technical SaaS role and exceptional communication skills. Solutions Engineering works closely with Customer Success and are responsible for understanding, representing and delivering outstanding customer services to standard clients. This is achieved by consulting on 1PD strategy, platform usage and partnerships. The team feedback to the business core requirements and opportunities discovered with the intention to collaborate across internal departments for renewals, platform challenges, upselling, case studies, legal queries to maintain service for clients.
In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in the UK. Your work will include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the InfoSum platform. At the deal close stage, you will partner with our Client Success and Sales team to turn these solutions into reality, providing detailed documentation to guide our Implementation team and providing ongoing technical leadership.
