Overview

Associate Director / Technical Director Structures - London role at Tetra Tech Europe. You will lead and help grow an expanding team of structural engineers based in our London angel Court office, reporting to the national lead of Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the existing team of structural engineers in London, including recruitment of staff and winning work.
  • Develop links with sister Tetra Tech companies to widen the offering to include structural engineering and to attract new clients in the London market.
  • Collaborate with an established team of senior directors in London and other structural engineering technical directors nationally.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership of a small team.
  • Ability to understand business finance on projects and deliver to programmed cost for the team.
  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer, ideally with extensive post-chartership experience across a range of projects, sectors and material types.
