Overview

Role: Associate Director, PR, Talent & Cultural Strategy – Maternity Cover

Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover to founder)

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP (onboarding straight away)

Hours: Starting at 1-2 days per week (16 hours), increasing to 2–3+ days from January. Flexible across the week, depending on experience.

Location: London (must be London-based)

Rate: £350–£500 per day, plus bonus opportunities for new business

What you’ll do

• Lead PR strategy – shape and deliver impactful campaigns, leveraging top-tier media, celebrity, and cultural opportunities.
• Talent management – oversee KIT’s talent manager and roster of hair professionals and creatives, supporting with the securing high-level partnerships and profiles.
• Cultural positioning – ensure KIT and its clients remain at the forefront of editorial and industry conversations.
• Social media direction – guide content and storytelling with a refined, editorial lens.
• Client leadership – act as senior point of contact, building trust and elevating relationships.
• Business growth – identify and secure new opportunities, with bonus incentives for wins.
• Vision & leadership – cover for the founder with confidence, steering the team and projects seamlessly.
