Realistic annual income of £475,000+ (based on a 5 day a week) from a mixed practice of private work and a private capitation plan.

🦷 About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, patient-focused Associate Dentist to deliver a broad scope of general dentistry, along with an established specialism that will complement the continuum of care provided by the Practice Group and support inward referrals within the Practice Group.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Routine examinations, restorations, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions.
• Strong professional competence and communication skills.
• Clinical and/or academic experience in at least one specialism such as endodontics, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, etc.
• Enhanced in-house training options to support development.
• Income security through a private capitation scheme allocation of approximately £75,000, plus realistic private fee income of £400,000+.
• Flexible hours will be considered.
