This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Quantity Surveyor seeking to build a long‑term career in the construction and fit‑out sector. Our client is committed to developing talent and can support a Quantity Surveying degree if required.

Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior commercial staff and gain hands‑on experience across live fit‑out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with cost management and budget control
• Supporting the preparation of valuations and cost reports
• Helping with subcontractor procurement and administration
• Assisting with variations and change control
• Supporting final accounts and project close‑out
• Working closely with the site and project teams

Ideal Candidate

• Some experience or strong interest in Quantity Surveying within construction or fit‑out
• Degree‑qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying or Construction‑related qualification (or willing to start one)
• Degree support available if required

• Desire to learn and progress within a commercial role
