ATP, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for an Architectural Project Lead to join the team based in Loughton. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and advice on technical/product knowledge and detailing, including coordination and workshops with manufacturers.
  • Act as part of the Lead Consultant team, which may include managing consultants employed by our client to ensure delivery of their work to program.
  • Report regular updates to clients.
  • Deliver a quality service for all projects that meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction and contract management.
  • Check drawings and specifications prepared by ATP and the consultant team for coordination, technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate standards.
  • Provide architectural detail design advice to clients.
  • Prepare technical documentation and oversee the production of drawings.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Evidence of excellent design and technical understanding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Versatile use of media in the development and documentation of design projects.
  • Understanding of construction technologies.
  • Knowledge of the planning process, policies, building regulations, NHBC standards and all-over technical standards.
  • Advanced use of AutoCAD and Revit in preparation of architectural drawings.
