Daily Duties
  • Lead and manage Principal Designer responsibilities under Building Regulations
  • Review designs for technical compliance and provide guidance to project teams
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Produce reports, risk assessments, and documentation required for approvals
  • Provide practical design advice on safety, accessibility, sustainability, and performance
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
