A leading apprenticeship organization is looking for an Apprenticeship Assessor to support the marking and assessing of assignments in London. This remote role requires strong assessment skills and a commitment to providing individual feedback to learners, with opportunities for professional development. Candidates should ideally have experience assessing People Professional courses. The position offers a competitive salary and a supportive learning environment.

We deliver a variety of leadership and management apprenticeships to a high standard, and due to continued growth of our provisions, we are looking for a talented and experienced Apprenticeship Assessor to join our team.
As an Assessor, you’ll be an instrumental part of the learning journey for our apprentices, supporting with marking and assessing their assignments for our courses. Ideal candidates will have experience assessing across various apprenticeship competencies including Leadership & Management, however current preference will be granted to candidates with experience assessing on People Professional courses due to our continuous growth.
Reporting to the Assessment Team Leader, the successful candidate will focus on marking learner assignments and providing thorough and individualised written feedback. This role requires a unique blend of assessment skills, commitment, and the ability to offer supportive feedback to ensure learners complete their learning journeys with the strongest possible portfolio of evidence for the final assessment. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our challenging and ambitious agenda for the future. You will be given the trust to manage your own workload and productivity, with ideal completion efficiencies of 12 Insights per hour and 5-6 pieces of work‑place‑evidence per hour.
