About the role

The Restructuring and Recovery team is looking for a graduate Analyst to support recovery work in real‑estate lending. You will join Corporate Lending and participate in a high‑growth, high‑learning environment, gaining exposure to development loans, corporate mortgages and insolvency matters.

What you’ll do

• Provide key administrative support across credit papers, proposals and annual reviews to maintain governance standards.
• Contribute to project workstreams, providing research, analysis and insights.
• Assist with analyses and communications, collaborating across the team.
• Support delivery of business objectives through data analysis, report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
• Explore how AI and automation can streamline routine tasks.
